About Linda Cooke, RYT
© I am a Yoga teacher and a trauma therapist with many years of experience in working with individuals who are dealing with the aftermath and legacy of trauma in their daily lives. There is great benefit learning how to safely be in the body to regulate trauma-related symptoms. I have found Trauma-Sensitive Yoga to be a valuable complimentary approach to healing from any experience of trauma. In TSY, students are provided an opportunity to gently and slowly learn at their own pace how to become more safely embodied and self-empowered, which, if practiced, can help restore them to a more satisfying and functional life.
