Rates
$150 per intake session
$125 individual session
$140 couple session
$350 SSP Start Up Fee/Assessment (15 % Discount on SSP program fee for each additional family member)
$175 Future Access Fee to SSP
$125 SSP Pro-rated Per Session
All sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan (SSP is NOT covered). Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not given me at least 24 hours notice in advance of a cancellation, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as reserved.
